· 勾选“忽略首尾空格”有助于统一格式，例如 “Tom ” 与 “Tom” 将视为同一行。
· “忽略大小写”适合英文关键词或邮箱列表的去重。
· “保留首次出现”更利于保持原始顺序；“保留最后出现”适合希望使用最新版本记录的场景。

· Trimming spaces helps unify format, e.g., “Tom ” and “Tom” become the same line.
· Case-insensitive mode is helpful for English keywords or email lists.
· Keeping the first occurrence preserves the original order; keeping the last is useful when the latest entry matters.

    批量导出不同来源的客户名单时，常会出现重复条目。通过“忽略大小写+去重”，可以快速获得唯一名单，避免重复联系。
    When merging client or email lists from different sources, duplicates are common. Use this tool to get a unique list and avoid contacting the same person twice.
  • 合并备注和日志 · Merge notes and logs:
    将多个系统或文件中的备注、日志复制到一处，通过保留最后出现的行，可保留“最新版本”的记录。
    When combining notes or logs from multiple systems, keeping the last occurrence can help you preserve the most recent version of each record.
  • 顺序与可追溯性 · Order & traceability:
    若你更在意原始顺序和录入时间，建议选择“保留首次出现的行”；若你更看重最新更新，则选择“保留最后出现的行”。
    If you care more about original order and time of entry, “Keep first occurrence” is recommended. If the latest update matters more, choose “Keep last occurrence” instead.
