一、认识我
这是我个人的博客，我在这里记录工作、学习、交易、思考与生活经历。
有些朋友称我为“二手财富辛”，我很认同：财富从不是属于谁，它像流动的水，从左手到右手，从一个人流向另一个人，而我做的，就是帮助别人看懂这股水流的方向与逻辑。
我是一名商业分析顾问、财税专家以及股票 、外汇 和期货交易员。20 多年的财务与商业实战经历，让我对财富的本质、企业经营的底层逻辑、以及投资市场的行为结构，有了长期沉淀的理解。
二、我的成长与职业历程
我于1977 年出生于吉林，1999 年大学毕业后来到北京，正式开始财务职业生涯。
在北京八年里，我涉足多个行业，从国企到民营企业。跨行业的经历让我学习到：
•每个行业都有自己的商业逻辑
•每个数字背后，都隐藏着人的决策与动机
•企业经营的问题，看似不同，本质相通
这些经历为我后来的商业分析能力奠定了真正的基础。
2007 年，我选择创业。

在服务大量企业主的过程中，我看到了一个共性：

但许多企业主并不知道自己会失败，因为缺乏：

1. Who I Am
This is my personal blog, where I document my work, learning, trading, reflections, and life experiences.
Some friends call me “Second-hand WealthXin,” and I resonate with that nickname:
wealth never truly belongs to anyone. It flows like water—from one hand to another, from one person to the next.
My role is to help people understand the direction, logic, and structure of that flow.
I am a business analysis consultant, taxation expert, and trader in stocks, forex, and futures.
With more than two decades of practical experience in finance and business, I have developed a deep insight into the nature of wealth, the underlying logic of business operations, and the behavioral structure of financial markets.
2.My Background and Career Journey
I was born in 1977 in Jilin. In 1999, after graduating from university, I moved to Beijing to begin my career in finance.
During eight years in Beijing, I worked across several industries—from state-owned enterprises to private companies.
These cross-industry experiences taught me that:
•every industry has its own business logic
•every number reflects human decisions and motivations
•business problems may appear different but often share the same essence
These insights laid a solid foundation for my future work in business analysis.
Entrepreneurship
In 2007, I decided to start my own business.
From a one-person operation to a team of more than ten employees, I experienced:
•the challenges of building a company
•the anxiety of business transitions
•and the growth and setbacks of many clients
Through serving numerous entrepreneurs, I discovered a common pattern:
Many businesses already have their outcomes determined from the very beginning.
But many business owners fail to realize their risks because they lack:

This understanding gradually shifted my career focus from traditional financial services to business transaction analysis, enabling me to help clients make better decisions from the start.
