1. 输入参数 · Loan Parameters
实际借款金额,不含其他手续费和税费。
Actual principal borrowed, excluding any fees, taxes or service charges.
名义年利率,工具会自动换算为月利率:年利率 / 12。
Nominal annual rate. The tool converts it to monthly rate as: annual rate / 12.
若选择“年”,工具会自动 ×12 转换为“期数”;若选择“月”,则直接视为总期数。
If you choose “Years”, the tool multiplies by 12 to get total periods. If you choose “Months”, the value is treated as the total number of periods directly.
等额本息:每期还款额相同,前期利息占比高。
Equal principal & interest: fixed payment each period, with a higher interest portion at the beginning.
等额本金:本金固定递还,利息逐期减少。
Equal principal: principal portion is fixed, interest decreases as the balance reduces.
先息后本 / 一次性:适合短期融资,注意到期还款压力。
Interest-only / bullet: often used for short-term financing; watch out for large final payment at maturity.
3. 还款方式小结 · Repayment Methods
  • 等额本息(最常见,适合大多数人) · Equal Principal & Interest (most common):
    每期还款金额相同,便于长期月供预算管理。适合收入稳定、希望现金流平稳的人群(如房贷)。
    Fixed payment every period, easy for long-term budgeting. Suitable for borrowers with stable income and who prefer smoother monthly cash flow (typical mortgage pattern).
    优点 · Pros: 月供固定、心理压力小、预算友好。Fixed payment, lower psychological pressure, easy budgeting.
    缺点 · Cons: 前期利息比例高,总利息通常比等额本金更高。Higher interest portion in early years and usually more total interest than equal principal.
  • 等额本金(想降低利息成本时考虑) · Equal Principal (for reducing total interest):
    本金按期固定减少,每月利息随剩余本金下降,月供呈递减趋势。总利息支出通常低于等额本息。
    Principal is repaid in equal amounts each period; interest decreases as the outstanding balance falls, so payments gradually decline. Total interest is usually lower than equal principal & interest.
    优点 · Pros: 总体利息更少、还款压力逐月降低。Less total interest and decreasing payment over time.
    缺点 · Cons: 前期月供最高,初期现金流压力大。Highest monthly payments at the beginning, heavy cash flow pressure early on.
  • 先息后本(短期融资与经营贷常见) · Interest-Only, Principal at Maturity:
    期间每月只付利息,到期一次性归还全部本金。常用于短期资金周转、工程垫资或经营性贷款。
    Only interest is paid during the term; the entire principal is repaid in one lump sum at maturity. Common in short-term working capital loans or bridge financing.
    优点 · Pros: 期间月供极低,有利于保持经营现金流。Very low periodic payment, good for preserving cash flow.
    缺点 · Cons: 到期一次性还本金,集中还款压力大,不适合长期融资。Large balloon payment at maturity; not suitable for long-term borrowing.
  • 一次性还本付息(超短期使用,慎用) · Bullet Repayment (for very short-term):
    整个借款周期内不分期,到期一次性归还本金 + 全部利息。常见于过桥资金、短期垫资。
    No installments during the term; both principal and interest are paid in full at maturity. Often used for bridge loans or very short-term funding needs.
    优点 · Pros: 结构简单、期间无月供、短期灵活。Simple structure, no monthly payment, flexible for very short periods.
    缺点 · Cons: 到期偿还压力极大,若流动性不足易产生违约风险。Extremely high repayment pressure at maturity; default risk rises if cash is not ready.
