  当你在合同、项目管理、财务账期里看到 “+N 个工作日 / within N business days / T+N”， 最容易出错的地方就是：周末要不要算？节假日怎么处理？起始日算不算第 1 天？
  This calculator helps you avoid common mistakes in “N business days” calculations: weekends, holidays, and whether the start date is counted.
• 规则 1：周末排除 · Rule #1: Exclude weekends
  默认排除周六与周日（可在上方开关里自定义）。有些行业（例如部分客服/零售）可能周六算工作日， 你可以取消“排除周六”。
  By default, Saturday and Sunday are excluded. You can choose to count Saturdays as business days if your workflow requires it.
• 规则 2：节假日排除 · Rule #2: Exclude holidays
  由于各地区法定假期、调休、公司假期不一致，本工具采用 “手动输入节假日列表” 的方式： 你把真正需要排除的日期填进去即可。建议格式：YYYY-MM-DD（一行一个）。
  Since holidays vary by jurisdiction and organization, you can paste a custom holiday list. Use YYYY-MM-DD, one per line.
• 规则 3：起始日是否计入 · Rule #3: Include start date or not
  两种常见口径：
  • 不包含起始日：从“下一个工作日”开始数（更常见于 “在 X 个工作日内完成”）。
  • 包含起始日：如果起始日本身是工作日，则它可以算第 1 天（常见于 “含当日” 的表述）。
  Choose the interpretation that matches the wording in your contract/policy.
• 建议用法 · Practical tips
  ① 合同/邮件里把口径写清楚：是否含当日、节假日以哪个日历为准。
  ② 如果是跨国家团队协作，建议以 “双方确认的节假日清单” 作为附件或链接。
  ③ 对于关键截止日，建议同时给出 “自然日日期” 与 “工作日口径” 两套结果，避免沟通误差。
  For critical deadlines, communicate both the final calendar date and the business-day logic used.
