若不填写，则自动以当前日期为计算基准；若填写，则计算从出生日期到该参考日期的年龄。
If left blank, today is used as the reference date. If provided, the age will be calculated from the date of birth to this reference date.
3. 计算规则说明 · Notes on Calculation
  • 按“年-月-日”精确拆分 · Exact breakdown in years, months and days:
    工具会先计算完整经过的“年数”，再计算剩余的“月数”，最后计算剩余的“天数”，确保年龄拆分符合日常习惯表达。
    The calculator first counts full years, then remaining full months, and finally the remaining days, matching common age expression.
  • 闰年与每月天数自动处理 · Leap years & month lengths:
    系统会自动识别闰年（2 月 29 日）与不同月份的天数（30/31 天），无需手动调整。
    Leap years (February 29) and different month lengths are handled automatically; no manual adjustment is needed.
  • 总天数统计 · Total days lived:
    “总天数”按两个日期之间的真实自然日数计算，有助于做健康管理、纪念日记录等数据统计。
    “Total days” is the actual number of calendar days between the two dates, which can be useful for health tracking, milestones or anniversaries.
  • 下一次生日 · Next birthday:
    工具会给出下一次生日的日期，并估算距离该生日还剩多少天，方便做纪念日提醒或旅行计划。
    The tool shows the date of your next birthday and how many days remain, which is handy for reminders or planning celebrations.
